After the customer determines the design of the infrastructure, such as the number and specifications of cloud computing/server hosts, the OS/Middleware Version to be installed, subnets, security policies, etc., we will start to build cloud computing/servers based on the design of the infrastructure.

After the initial construction of the cloud computing/server is completed, we will provide you with a set of cloud computing/server login and setting information.

Cloud computing/server operation and maintenance・monitoring

After we hand over the cloud computing/server environment to the customer, our engineers will operate, maintain and monitor the cloud computing/server on behalf of the customer 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and we can quickly troubleshoot and solve problems even if we encounter unexpected abnormal situations.

We will also analyze the operating status and trends of your system and applications, provide suggestions for possible future problems, etc., and help you optimize the configuration of your infrastructure. By helping you avoid and improve operational problems and prevent them before they occur, we will achieve more robust cloud computing/server operations for you.
